President Obama's stimulus package includes a hefty sum of money going to healthcare and education technology. With a wealth of opportunities for networking VARs here, Scott Camoratti, VP of government services at Global Crossing, discusses what VARs can do to cash in.

The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) allocated billions of dollars to healthcare, including $19 billion for healthcare IT alone. It also allocated $650 million to education technology, including college campuses. With all of these stimulus package networking opportunities available, networking solution providers have the chance to cash in. But in order to do so, they must prepare their customers to plan projects that will qualify for funding.
