ProCurve is making big moves this year, pulling out a big data center play for partners and taking on Cisco Systems even more directly. What's more, now that parent company Hewlett-Packard is urging its channel partners to work with the ProCurve networking portfolio instead of simply sanctioning the use of Cisco, competition between the channels will be even fiercer.
