Distributor Ingram Micro Inc. has bolstered its "Fly Higher" Cisco partner enablement program with three partner enablement offerings available in the U.S. The offerings include two new services -- the Config to Order Portal and Customized Enablement Services -- and an enhanced On Course Program.
The Config to Order Portal is a new, flat-fee implementation service that aims to reduce the deployment complexities surrounding Cisco's Business Edition 6000 series midmarket solution platforms. Ingram Micro said the Config to Order Portal will be available next month and feature an online component that allows partners to order and transact customer configuration data as well as validate and track the status from a security-optimized website.
Ingram Micro's new Customized Enablement Services will provide new training opportunities for Cisco partners. These training and consultative offerings will help Cisco partners develop talent and soft skills for advanced customer engagement, Ingram Micro said.
Ingram Micro has improved the On Course Program to further help Ingram Micro partners manage Cisco certifications and specializations and develop their Cisco practice.
SkyKick offers Data-Only application for Office 365 migrations
Seattle-based company SkyKick has released the Data-Only migration application for IT consultants, system integrators, managed services providers and value-added resellers to help with their enterprise and SMB customers' Office 365 data deployment projects. Originally bundled with SkyKick's Migration Suite, the Data-Only application is now available as a standalone offering, the company said.
The Web-based application features Server Sync, full-fidelity migration technology that synchronizes clients' email, calendar, contact and Public Folder data throughout the migration process. Additionally, the Data-Only application includes a Web-based Data-Only Planner with automated server and mailbox discovery and an automated mailbox Auto-Match feature for facilitating the migration's setup and management.
SkyKick has made the Data-Only application available to SkyKick partners for $12 per mailbox. Discounts are available through Ingram Micro and Synnex Corp.
ArrowSphere Cloud Marketplace adds Barracuda products
Security vendor Barracuda Networks has signed a distribution agreement with distributor Arrow Electronics Inc. and will now offer security and storage products through the ArrowSphere Cloud Marketplace. Under the agreement, ArrowSphere solution providers gain access a wide range of Barracuda products, which include Barracuda Email Security Service, Web Security Service, Backup, Message Archiver, Copy and SignNow.
Oracle introduces Oracle Sales Cloud migration program
Oracle has launched Oracle Accelerate, a program for simplifying and streamlining customers' migrations from legacy customer relationship management (CRM) products to Oracle Sales Cloud. Through the program, Oracle PartnerNetwork partners can access implementation tools, templates, and process flows for rapid migration to Oracle Sales Cloud.
TechData enhances TDEngage with end-user purchasing capabilities
TDEngage now allows end users to purchase products directly through solution providers' websites containing syndicated online content from IT vendors. The platform enhancements include a white-labeled e-commerce store and a product catalog that syncs with Tech Data's catalog. The catalog is updated daily, provides the latest and lowest prices available, and displays product details and descriptions. TDEngage, offered through ResellerConnect, also features a direct link to Tech Data logistics for end-user fulfillment.
