NTT America unveils global partner program at Cloud Partners 2014

In this week's channel news roundup, NTT America unwraps a global partner program; Good Technologies offers its partners the Margins Reward Program; and Global Velocity debuts its very first partner program.

Information and communications technology (ICT) company NTT America, the U.S. subsidiary of NTT Communications Corp., officially launched a global partner program at Cloud Partners 2014 this week.

The NTT America Channel Partner Program will allow qualified U.S. channel partners and referral partners to sell NTT America's suite of domestic and international ICT products.

According to NTT America, the program offers partners a fully integrated set of products for cloud, IP and data center services. Agents who sign up can sell NTT's complete portfolio, which includes products for cloud computing, hosting, colocation, IP, MPLS, security and Arcstar Universal One private network. The program also provides additional pre-sales, engineering and post-sales support.

At Cloud Partners 2014, NTT America shared its booth with Arkadin, a unified communications and collaboration (UCC) solution provider that NTT Communications acquired in January of this year. Arkadin's UCC products are included in the integrated product set provided to partners under the NTT America Channel Partner Program.

The company said the launch of NTT America Channel Partner Program will not affect its Global IP Network Channel Partners Program. The Global IP Network program enables partners to sell the company's domestic and international IP and data solutions to Internet-centric businesses, such as Internet service providers, content-oriented companies and hosting providers, according to NTT America.

Good Technology adds Margins Reward Program

This week, secure mobility provider Good Technology bolstered its partner program by introducing the Margins Reward Program. The Margin Rewards Program allows partners to earn an advanced "reward" credit. Partners can use the credit to drive new business and advance the use of secure mobility internally.

The Margins Reward Program went into effect this week and covers deals registered by Good Technology's eligible partners as of Sept. 1.

Global Velocity launches first partner program

On Tuesday, security solutions developer Global Velocity launched its Securio Channel Partner Program for resellers. The program is the first formal channel partner program offered by the company. The program allows resellers to sell the company's Securio software.

Global Velocity said organizations can use its Securio platform to identify the location-sensitive data and its destination, who is sending it, how it getting there and if it is secure. Resellers can use the Securio software to extend their cybersecurity product and service offerings and open new revenue streams by using it as a tool for vulnerability assessments, security audits and developing various managed service offerings. The software can be based in the cloud for easy deployment and management, and it can be configured for the enterprise as well, Global Velocity said.

The launch will feature a partner portal that provides specialized services, such as private training.
