Absolutely. There's not a single certification program out there that I'm aware of that doesn't provide you with an advanced level of support once you've reached those certification requirements. To me personally, in our market and in our business, that's the most important part of certification. I would rarely choose to pursue a certification merely for margin opportunity if there wasn't an equivalent support component to it. Receiving a higher level and more qualified and effective level of support is absolutely the most important piece to a certification program to me.
