As an employer, how can a solution provider recruit skilled professionals?
Depending on what the job is, it's one of the hardest aspects of being in business. The key is consistency -- the recruiting process has to be a part of the daily course of business. Don't wait until you need someone to think about recruiting. You should be "recruiting" all the time. I look at it as networking to build and maintain a constant bench of talent for all different aspects of your business, including finance, sales, technical support, customer service and so on. You should do that every day as a part of your regular business, interviewing constantly and maintaining a strong bench. I think you'll see the companies that do that brilliantly have a consistent talent record.
