What they're tweeting at the Microsoft WPC

By Colin Steele

The Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference 2009 kicked off today in New Orleans, and partners have been busy discussing this morning’s news on Twitter (using the hash tag #WPC09). Here’s a collection of some of the best tweets of the day so far:

@elfederiko: Who cares about Chrome os, is just a Linux with a Browser, come on ppl,! Windows 7 is here!

@phernacki: MS will rebrand in Mobile as “Windows Phone”, they know they r losing in branding and user passion. New UI and UX coming.

@dquirke: Big push of Windows 7 @ #WPC09 I for one believe that it is ready. I have been running it for 6 months with no issues

@darrendoyle: oh yeah, did I mention, Office web apps also work on the mobile device, including the iPhone!

@PierreTran: WiFi not working, unable to tweet during keynotes in #wpc09 :-(

@remiz: in not loading. Microsoft is better offline. Let Google roch the web #wpc09 #fail
