Randall Runk exits HP

Randall Runk is leaving Hewlett-Packard today, after nearly four years at the IT giant.

An HP spokewoman confirmed the move on Monday, adding that John Maguire is joining HP as senior vice president, worldwide sales for the huge enterprise services group. Maguire is coming from Accenture.

Runk joined HP in June 2007 as senior vice president of HP’s Technology Services Group (TSG). He had been at Oracle.

Runk is leaving to “pursue opportunities outside the company,” according to HP.

Nice article. I like your take on virtualization the servers.

Here's another article that I would like to share. Some facts and figures to justify that why management should consider implementing server virtualization in their company:

Hope you'll like the article.

In all fairness, at this point in time an Exchange 2010 would be done on Hyper-V 3 on Server 2012. vSphere 5.1 was released less than a month ago; 2008 R2 is several years old. Apples to Apples my friend

Oh god, dincloud is a horrible provider! They project management is atrocious, the performance under-delivers, and I can't even begin to comment on the compatibility issues caused by their implementation of quest's gateway service. I would stay away like the plague. I even heard they're currently involved in a lawsuit for patent infringement from other providers. I mean look at tucloud.com and tell me dincloud.com didn't steal their design? Ridiculous!
