What are the largest challenges as enterprises and small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) evaluate their cloud strategies and managed service offers?

Generally security is a first concern, so service-level agreements (SLAs) are important, as are technologies leveraging monitoring and regular reporting on usage, traffic and blocked security threats. An enterprise's migration to the cloud generally starts by leveraging the cloud for backup or redundancy. Then, they quickly find that the security and resources reduced on-site improves. After that experience, they move to adopt the cloud over on-premises solutions.
