- A turnkey solution provider is a solution provider that offers limited consultation and one or more established product packages that allow only minimal configuration.
In comparison, regular solution providers offer much more customized service. For example, a solution provider may learn about the client's needs for a database server, and then help clients choose the best server configuration and database software to meet their workload and growth projections. A turnkey solution provider may offer a pre-configured server that is pre-installed with Microsoft SQL. The turnkey package is then just delivered and connected to the client's network.
