The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) allocated billions of dollars to healthcare, including $19 billion for healthcare IT alone. It also allocated $650 million to education technology, including college campuses. With all of these stimulus package networking opportunities available, networking solution providers have the chance to cash in. But in order to do so, they must prepare their customers to plan projects that will qualify for funding.
