In part one of this two-part Channel Chat, Barbara Spicek, VP of channels at Brocade, answered some tough questions about the upcoming networking channel program launch in June. Spicek covered Brocade's promise to be an end-to-end networking vendor, as well as how it plans to handle its relationship with all of its partners, whether old or new. But there are more questions to be answered: How will Brocade handle the pre-existing Foundry partners? How will the IBM-OEM agreement come into play with the Brocade networking channel?
In part two of this two-part Channel Chat, Spicek addresses other Brocade channel issues, such as whether Brocade will release an all-in-one networking, storage and server strategy. Spicek also explains how Brocade plans to help networking partners stay afloat and hopefully prosper in this economy, including discussion of breaking into stimulus funds.
