Podcast: Red Hat shifts from Xen to KVM
Red Hat's upcoming Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization suite is based on the kernel-based Virtual Machine (KVM) and not Xen. The new Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization is in private beta and the company will include the KVM-based hypervisor in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.4 later this year.
