Symantec Partner Engage 2008 is Oct. 15-17 in Washington, D.C., and it comes at a busy time for Symantec. Just this week alone, the security vendor acquired MessageLabs, announced a new backup appliance with Dell and unveiled its new information risk management (IRM) products. And at the conference, Symantec will announce that SymBrain -- an online customer assessment tool and sales aid, previously available only to internal teams -- will be available to partners as well.
