Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer's keynote speech at the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference focused on Microsoft's dependence on its partners -- and what their role will be as Microsoft's Software Plus Services strategy begins to take hold. He also touted partner growth opportunities in virtualization, and he thanked partners for their hard work and dedication over the past fiscal year.
