Knowledge Vault introduces partner program for Office 365, Exchange services
Analytics-as-a-service provider Knowledge Vault has launched a channel partner program for value-added resellers (VARs), managed services providers (MSPs) and IT consultants working with Microsoft Office 365 and hybrid Exchange client environments. The new program offers simplified licensing options for its Azure-based auditing, reporting and management platform.
The partner program has two tiers: one for resellers and distributors and one for MSPs and consulting firms. Both tiers are offered 24/7 support for end users and resellers.
Features of the partner program include built-in rebranding functionality so VARs and MSPs can rebrand, schedule and automate value-added Office 365 services. MSPs can access a single-pane-of-glass dashboard for managing multiple clients.
Paragon Software Group unwraps software reseller program
Data protection, backup and disaster recovery vendor Paragon Software Group (PSG) has introduced the Paragon Software Affiliate Program, a new commission-based program for software resellers. The program offers commission rates that range from 15% for a reseller's first sale to 50% as sales of software licenses increase.
PSG provides trackable links to the Paragon shopping cart that registered partners can place on their websites. Each time a customer purchases Paragon software, the online platform logs resellers' commissions, which are then queued up to be sent to the reseller with a monthly rewards payment.
PSG will also send registered resellers a code for posting Paragon advertising banners. Additionally, the company will provide access to the Paragon logo and other graphics in various electronic formats for ongoing promotional use. To jump-start sales, affiliates can use a 20% discount code/offer to attract first-time buyers.
Zadara Storage enhances Virtual Private Storage Array service
Enterprise storage-as-a-service provider Zadara Storage has updated its Virtual Private Storage Array service for telcos, MSPs and cloud service providers. New features include the ability to customize branding on the self-service screens, retrieve system status through a Web-based dashboard, export billing data for invoicing, and use language and currency localization.
