EMC Corp., parent company to RSA Security Inc., has announced a revamped partner program, dubbed EMC Velocity2 Partner Program.
Two new deal registration levels are available to partners in the Americas, called incremental and prime. Incremental deal registration provides partners with a discount on registering new EMC customers, while prime deal registration gives partners increased revenue opportunities and protects their sales investments.

Partners in the EMC Technical Architect program will also be given a 15% discount off list price products.
Another new feature is the Velocity2 Incentive Program. This program replaces the Journey to the Top program, and offers partners stackable rebates for selling storage, e-backup, archive and compliance alongside security technologies.
The new program aims to improve business operations for partners, as well as reward them for providing instruction to their employees.
