Our technology-specific directories are compilations of standardized checklists that outline common partner program benefits. The Partner Program Directories are designed to allow solution providers to compare reseller partner programs among vendors offering similar technologies. Many vendors claim to be "channel-friendly," but that doesn't indicate the level of support offered to channel partners. Our standardized checklist aims to give solution providers some indication of a vendor's dedication to its channel reseller and MSP partners. The directories are free for both our readers and the vendors who are listed.
Prior to publishing a directory, we reach out to a comprehensive list of vendors within that technology area. Often, vendors do not respond or they respond too late to be included in the initial publication. However, any vendor with a North American reseller partner program is invited to complete a checklist for possible inclusion in our directories. We are continually publishing new directories and updating previously published ones.
