There are many more online tools available, and I think that's a very good development. There are books -- whether they're third-party books or they're published by the vendors themselves. The old CBT [computer-based training] model has moved to the online sites. There are certainly training centers that offer courses, community colleges that offer courses around certifications, whether you're talking about Microsoft certification, Cisco certification and so on. There are a variety of tools out there, and there are companies that specialize in helping you learn what you need to learn to pass the certification [exam], at least for some of the larger certification [exams]. It also depends [on] what [the vendor] makes available.
