HP Channel Services Network (HP CSN) is a Web-based management system and membership program for HP's authorized channel service partners.
HP CSN members can access qualified sales leads, training registration, sales and marketing collateral, financing tools and services for partners' customers and reports and metrics, such as pay-for-performance ratings. Members can also order spare parts, transfer technical data and access support and technical information on HP products. The management system also provides a searchable database of HP service partners.

HP CSN provides three primary partnership program types: HP Service Delivery, HP Service Management and HP Service Sales. Under each program type, there are one or more designations and partner programs that an HP service provider can be authorized for.
HP CSN is available to HP service channel partners globally. Authorization is granted by HP on a location-by-location basis and not a company-wide basis. HP CSN's partnership structure allows members to change partner programs and corresponding designations at any time if the requirements for the intended partner program are met. Additionally, members can be authorized for more than one partner program. For example, partners can be authorized as both an Authorized Service Reseller Partner and an Authorized Warranty Delivery Partner by meeting and maintaining requirements.
HP CSN also offers HP Care Pack Services, which are support packages that upgrade service levels to extend and expand standard product warranty. HP Care Pack Services provide hardware and software support, installation services, educational services and support options. They allow partners to choose the level of support that meets their business requirements, helps partners contain total cost of ownership and offers coverage options for all key IT areas, including server hardware, software and systems; backup hardware, software and systems; network devices and software; workstations, desktop PCs, notebooks, laptops and handhelds; printing and imaging devices; and operating systems and applications software. Partners can purchase HP Care Pack warranty extensions along with HP products to upgrade or extend their customers' warranty. When the original warranty has expired, post-warranty HP Care Pack services are available for many products.
